- Worked with ProjectCenter to rebuild their website architecture and brand with a focus on SEO. The new design calls attention to important Call-To-Action items to drive business requests (goals). Organic traffic rose 300% in three months, allowing my client to stop paid search efforts completely (saving hundreds of dollars a month) and still get more requests than before.
- Reorganized Insight’s web production schedules to bring all work in-house, saving the company approximately $5,000 over a five month period.
- Created a new HTML template for a marketing emails, raising its recipient click-through rates by 73%. Open rates increased by 25%. Average click-through rates increased from less than 1% to almost 4%. Subscribers lists grew by 68%. All this increased sales while decreasing email development time.
- Consistently created CUnet landing pages (for PPC and organic use) with a bounce rate below 50% and a conversion rate above an industry average of 3% (and some as high as 13%), significantly increasing sales and revenue.
- Bringing the a creative services department back on schedule from three months of back-logged projects, completing over 200 total projects in eight months. The department hit its deadlines despite being understaffed.
