I'm Ted, an experienced web designer and developer in New Jersey. I design websites and emails, code them, and make them fast-loading & SEO-friendly.

Currently I defend a desk at Toys“R”Us during the day and freelance for fun as time permits. I've worked with companies ranging from Fortune 500 to sole proprietors (view client list).

I love personal projects and usually have one at any given time, either for fun or to fill a personal need. I created a findability strategy guide for website performance and front-end SEO. I collect and publish short-form findability ideas on Findable Designs. I also enjoy web content strategy, and together with my wife Sara, I created a website for her own web copywriting gig (she's a high school English teacher). I've also built a few Wordpress themes from scratch for fun.

In my free time I enjoy biking around New Jersey, having a beer (especially Newcastle), reading Wired Magazine, watching The Simpsons or sports on tv, taking care of my house, and other boring stuff like that. Depending on the weather, I can often be found on a snowboard, on a hockey rink, or on a football pitch.

I've lived in New Jersey, New York, and Arizona. My wife and I have settled in Pompton Lakes, NJ with no plans to move anytime soon.
